I did a full eviternity-heretic playthough and plan to do an eviternity 2 -exile one later. I noticed a severe issue(machine spawns) and some more minor ones. This should resolve most issues but, specifically the sniper rifle is still kinda meh. I'm no longer making feedback posts since they're redundant and feedback should just be posted under the relevant update log. I'm not updating this mod until at least next week.

- changed machine spawn behavior
+ the spawns were flipped so machines increased their own spawnrate, instead of reducing it.
+ overall spawn rate should be lower
balance changes:
- some kits have had their prices reduced
